Today I learned that a cookie sheet isn't just used to make cookies. Fuck me for not knowing that people don't just use what's clearly called a "Cookie sheet", for baking other things that aren't cookies. Other than varnishing, Tracy Island is done! This has been far more fun than it had any right to be and a testament to the original design that Blue Peter came up with 33 years ago. The water wasn't included in the original but sticking with the spirit of the project is just watered down glue and toilet paper then painted with craft paints.

I had a call from a recruitment agency today who were asking about some work I did at a local authority. The recruiter asked which one and I said "Ceredigion". She said what, and I had to repeat it three times. In the end she asked me to spell it and as I started she said "Oh, Cardiff".
When I finally got it across, she said "I always struggle with the Welsh councils because there's so many, and it's almost like another language".

Natürlich muss man kurz vor der roten Ampel den Radfahrer, der sich gerade durch einen Schneehaufen vom Hochbordradweg auf den Radfahrstreifen auf der Fahrbahn gekämpft hat, mit 20 cm Abstand überholen, denn solche Situationen sind völlig vorhersehbar und Fahrräder mit Schneehaufen deuten immer auf eine besonders sichere Verkehrslage hin. Und natürlich muss man danach dumm im Autostau rumstehen. Hauptsache, man hat vorher noch mal seine Arschlochigkeit demonstrieren können.

Ich bin nun gut eine Woche auf #linux und vermisse Windows eigtl. gar nicht. Es gibt zwar leider die ein oder andere Sache, die ich vermissen könnte, aber diese sind nicht so wichtig, dass ich mir nen Virus als Betriebssystem installieren würde.

Viel. Wie viel es genau wird, wird sich zeigen. Es sind Rückblicke geplant für die Beziehung zwischen Nathan, Symon und deren Umfeld. Zwischendurch gibt es Kapitel, die sich einzig mit der Beziehung zwischen Emma und Nathan beschäftigen und auch die Antagonistin soll ein eigenes Kapitel bekommen, um zu zeigen, wie sie alles erlebt hat.
